Your Data Protection Choices and Rights:

CC would like to make sure you are fully aware of all your data protection rights. In certain jurisdictions, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Right to Access. You may request copies of your personal data held by CC by contacting us at the address described below. If required by law, upon request, we will provide copies of your personal information that we have about you. We may charge you a small fee for this service. Note that residents of certain jurisdictions may be entitled to ask us for a notice describing what categories of personal information (if any) we disclose with third parties or affiliates for direct marketing.
  • Request to Deletion. Typically, we retain your personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. You may, however, request that we delete your personal information by contacting us at the address described below. If you revoke your consent for the processing of personal information, we may no longer be able to provide you certain services. If required by law we will grant a request to delete information, but you should note that in many situations we must keep your personal information to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or for another one of our business purposes.
  • Right to Correction. You may have the right to request that we correct or supplement any inaccurate or incomplete personal information we process about you. Depending on the purposes of the processing, you may have the right to have incomplete personal information completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement.
  • Right to Data Portability. In certain circumstances you have the right to request that we provide the personal information which you provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format; and you have the right to transmit such personal information to another entity.
  • Right of Non-Discrimination/Retaliation. We do not discriminate against individuals who exercise any of their rights described in this Privacy Policy, nor do we retaliate against individuals who exercise these rights. However, we may require use of your personal information to provide access to the services. Therefore, when you exercise your deletion right, in particular, you may lose access to certain aspects of the services that require your personal information.
  • Right to Opt Out of Our Use of Your Sensitive Personal Information (in certain instances and if permissible under applicable law). You have the right to request the restriction of processing of your Sensitive Personal Information. However, we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those expressed in this Privacy Policy or as otherwise permitted by applicable law, and these uses cannot be limited under applicable law.

Many of the above rights are subject to exceptions and limitations. For example, you may be located in a jurisdiction that does not give you the right to make these requests. In such a case, your request may not be fulfilled. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may reject requests that are unreasonably repetitive, unduly burdensome, risk the privacy of others, or would be very impractical to honor. If we are not able to provide the requested information or make the change you requested, you will be provided with the reasons for such decisions.

CC provides two mechanisms that allow you to submit requests to exercise these rights. You can submit such requests by email or mail to the addresses below. To exercise these rights, your request must: (i) provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify that you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative of that person; and (ii) describe the request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it. We may need additional information to confirm your identity or your authorized agent’s identity (such as your name, email address and date of birth) or to obtain proof that you have given your authorized agent permission to act on your behalf. If our verification process is successful, we will respond to your request within the time and in the manner required by applicable law. If we cannot validate the identity of you and/or your authorized agent or obtain proof that you have given your authorized agent permission to act on your behalf, we will attempt to contact you to inform you.

If you designate an authorized agent to submit requests to exercise certain privacy rights on your behalf, we will require verification that you provided the authorized agent permission to make a request on your behalf. You must provide us with a copy of the signed permission you have given to the authorized agent to submit the request on your behalf and verify your own identity directly with us. If you are an authorized agent submitting a request on behalf of an individual, you must attach a copy of a completed authorized agent designation form (or equivalent form) indicating that you have authorization to act on the individual’s behalf.

CC will attempt to authenticate each request and if it is able to authenticate a request it will provide a response (if necessary and applicable) within 45 days of the receipt of the request, which time period may be extended for an additional 45 days. If a delay is necessary, we will contact the requestor within the original 45 day period and provide the reasons for the delay. If we are not able to process your request, we will inform you of that and (where possible) of the reasons for not acting upon your request.

If CC refuses to take action on your request you may have the right to appeal that refusal within 30 days of your receipt of our response by sending an email to support@cashcenter.ai and requesting an appeal. Within 60 days of our receipt of your appeal, we will inform you of any action taken or not taken in response to the appeal, including the reasons for our decision. If your appeal is denied, then you may contact your state’s attorney general to submit a complaint.

Your continued use of the Site and/or provision of your information after we make changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes, so please check the Privacy Policy periodically for updates. Please contact us if you would like information regarding any changes.

PRIVACY NOTICE FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS ONLY

This Privacy Notice is FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS ONLY and it supplements the information contained in the general Privacy Policy shown above. This Privacy Notice applies solely to visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California ("consumers" or "you"). We adopt this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") and other California privacy laws. Any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this notice.

Understanding Your Rights and Choices Under the CCPA

The CCPA provides consumers (California residents) with specific rights regarding their personal information. This section describes your CCPA rights and explains how to exercise those rights.

Access to Specific Information and Data Portability Rights

You have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your personal information over the past 12 months. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will disclose to you:

  • The categories of personal information we collected about you.
  • The categories of sources for the personal information we collected about you.
  • Our business or commercial purpose for collecting that personal information.
  • The specific pieces of personal information we collected about you (also called Data Portability).

Deletion Request Rights

You have the right to request that we delete any of your personal information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your personal information from our records, unless an exception applies. We may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for us or our service providers to:

  • Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or prosecute those responsible for such activities.
  • Debug products to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality.
  • Exercise free speech, ensure the right of another consumer to exercise their free speech rights, or exercise another right provided for by law.
  • Comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act (Cal. Penal Code § 1546 seq.).
  • Engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest that adheres to all other applicable ethics and privacy laws, when the information's deletion may likely render impossible or seriously impair the research's achievement, if you previously provided informed consent.
  • Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with consumer expectations based on your relationship with us.
  • Comply with a legal obligation.
  • Make other internal and lawful uses of that information that are compatible with the context in which you provided it.

Right to Correct Inaccurate Information

You have the right to request that we correct any inaccurate personal information about you that we have collected.

Exercising Your Rights

To exercise your rights described above, please email us at support@cashcenter.ai. Only you or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information.

You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must:

  • Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative.
  • Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
  • We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor's identity or authority to make the request.

Right to Opt Out of Sale of Personal Information to Third Parties

Under the CCPA, you have the right to know if your personal information is being sold and the right to opt out of such sale. We do not sell or transfer any personal information to third parties and companies. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about our personal information collection practices.

Response Timing and Format

We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response to the email address associated with that account. If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request's receipt. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily usable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance. For consumer requests to opt out of sale of personal information, we will review, verify and process your request within 10 days of receiving this request. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your Request.

Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not:

  • Deny you goods or services.
  • Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties.
  • Provide you a different level or quality of goods or services.
  • Suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.

We do not offer any financial incentives for the collection, sale or deletion of California residents’ personal information.
